AVAILABLE POSITIONS
STAFF CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
(PART-TIME)
We are looking for doctoral-level mental health care providers that have expertise and state licensure in California to practice clinical psychology. Well emphasizes evidence-based practices and is looking for clinicians who value tracking treatment outcomes and implementing empirically supported treatments.
TELEHEALTH CARE COORDINATOR
(PART-TIME)
We are looking for a part-time Telehealth Care Coordinator to serve as a digital health navigator for patients and coordinate scheduling, payments, navigating telehealth appointments, and clinical services. Applicants should have experience with telehealth and patient care coordination or equivalent education and experience.
PSYCHIATRIST
(PART-TIME)
We are looking for board-certified psychiatrists (MD or DO) that have expertise in treating patients across the lifespan (adolescents, adults, and older adults). Psychiatrists will be expected to hold two biweekly medication management telehealth clinics for Well patients to start.
GROUP THERAPIST
(PART-TIME)
We are looking for licensed, masters-level mental health care providers that have expertise in facilitating group therapy for patients with chronic medical conditions, psychoeducation-based support groups, and/or drop-in groups for patients with diverse mental health care needs.
PREPARATION IS OUR PRIORITY
Our clinical support team is here for you. We want your workflow to be seamless and enjoyable! New team members at Well will receive personalized training and onboarding to our electronic health records and practice management platform. We prioritize telehealth literacy for our patients too. Our platform has been designed to guide patients through the telehealth experience so you can focus on providing quality and consistent care.

WELL CREDENTIALS PROVIDERS WITH INSURANCE PANELS THAT ALIGN WITH THE PROVIDER’S LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALTY AREA. THIS PROCESS TAKES 60-90 DAYS SO YOU CAN EXPECT A DELAY IN YOUR ABILITY TO TREAT PATIENTS. PROVIDERS WHO ONLY FACILITATE SUPPORT GROUPS WILL NOT BE CREDENTIALED.
DO I HAVE TO BE A RESIDENT OF CALIFORNIA AND LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA TO WORK FOR WELL?
YES! ALL WELL CLINICAL PROVIDERS MUST BE LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND RESIDE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHAT TECHNOLOGY DOES WELL USE FOR CLINICAL SERVICES?
WELL USES A CLOUD-BASED ONLINE ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD BUILT FOR TELEHEALTH TO RUN ALL CLINICAL SERVICES INCLUDING PSYCHOTHERAPY, PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING AND MEASUREMENT-BASED CARE, AND E-PRESCRIBING.
