Access Statement

Accessibility

(Noun) The ability to be accessed; especially in reference to the design of products, devices, services, or environments for people with disabilities. Accessibility needs change and is different for each person. (Well Psychology, Inc., 2021)

Well welcomes all patients to come as they are and to participate fully within their own diversity. Access is not one-size-fits-all. We understand the diversity of needs within our patient community and we strive to meet you where you are. During your time on our website, within a group, or in individual therapy, we encourage you to engage in self-care or seek out access as needed.

Please feel free:

  • Mute

  • Turn video off

  • Move around

  • Sit, or lay on the floor.

  • Eat, or drink

  • Take bio-breaks

  • Seek access support from your therapist or a designated Well Care Coordinator.

We have taken purposeful steps to provide access to our patients on our website and in how we deliver services to you, but we realize that not all accommodations can be met or acknowledged here. Providing an accessible space always balances the feedback we received, available time, and resources. We strive to meet our patients' access needs and encourage communication during and after your services to improve access delivery. We understand that access is a collaborative process. We value your feedback and hope to continue improving our patients' experience within the Well virtual clinic community. For concerns or needs during or after service with your provider, please contact care@wellonline.com.
