Intake

Your patient journey starts with a thorough intake assessment of your acute or chronic symptoms with a licensed doctor of clinical psychology. We look at how your symptoms interact and impact your health, work, life, and relationships. Our Providers use the latest clinical tools to monitor your progress from the moment you meet us.

Treatment Plan

Once we get to know you, your psychologist will develop a treatment plan. As needed, you may be connected with other helpful services, including additional assessments, medication management with a psychiatrist, or Well’s education and support groups. As the Well Care team works with you, you will continue to receive feedback on your progress. Well’s clinicians follow careful evidence-based guidelines to help you feel better, sooner. We also communicate as a team efficiently and with great care about your needs and progress.
